My client, a key employer in the Horsham area, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. Role: Customer Service Executive Location: Horsham Salary: £22,000 - £26,000pa plus excellent benefits such as onsite gym, restaurant and parking Hours: 9am -5.30pm Key Duties: - First point of contact for queries from Financial Advisors and customer via telephone and email Answer customer queries and ensure satisfactory resolution Updated internal systems and compete associated administration Follow procedures and instructions in order to ensure excellent client outcomes The perfect candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience: - Excellent phone manner with the ability to deal with challenging calls Experience of working within Financial Services Excellent communication skills Ability to build rapport quickly Excellent attention to detail Highly organised and efficient FRS is acting as an Employment Agency in regards to this vacancy.
