Overview
Are you analytical? Do you have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel? This could be the role for you Working within the Marketing team, this role will see you being responsible for analysing customer data in order to support the continuous development of products and managing data within the CRM as well as competitor analysis. Key duties will include: Using all available data to research and define what the customer journey looks like for an end user Analysing product usage trends and producing reports Main point of contact to maintain data integrity, ensuring data can be segmented to make insight driven decisions Your lateral thinking, methodical approach to work and the ability problem solve combined with strong business acumen will enable you to excel in this role. You will have experience using CRM tools and Microsoft analytical tools. The hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm.
