They are offering a salary of £26,000 -£32,000. Key Responsibilities of Assistant Management Accountant: Liaising with various internal departments to interpret activities that may impact the financial statements and ensure captured in financial reporting Monthly reforecasting of the income and expenditure lines. Month end analysis of the income and expenditure lines on a trend basis and against budget/forecast. Preparation and clearance of bank reconciliations. Cash management - cash forecasts, funding requests, remittance and return of cash to client and Proactive monitoring of cash levels against forecast payments. Deliver additional ad hoc reports as required by the client. First point of contact for client's finance team on month end queries and other reporting queries. Assist the Finance Manager/Deputy Finance Manager in the management of the day to day transactional processes Review current processes within the team and identifying opportunities to streamline whilst still maintaining a controlled and risk adverse environment Ensuring all processes and procedures within the team are documented and updated regularly Measure and report on the progress of the team within the team's compliance reports on a monthly basis To deliver the processes within the team, ensuring the internal and external KPI measurements are met Assist in the various team tasks and drive any ad hoc projects within the team as and when required. Contact point for third party agents to whom we are responsible for making payments. Continual reviews of processes, systems & controls to ensure that QA is being adhered.
