Overview
My client, based in Derby are a leading rail provider and have a truly unique contract vacancy for a 1st Line Engineer to propel their career by developing 2nd Line skills and potentially progress into a deployment/migration engineer role. Offered a contract basis inside IR35. Your duties working as an IT 1st Line Support in Derby will include: -Managing an average of 30 tickets per day -Escalating tickets from the 1st Line Support when required -Active Directory administration -MDM IT Support -Potential to get involved in deployment/migration -Starting to engage in 2nd Line duties Your experience will include: -Previous experience managing around 30 tickets as 1st Line Support -Experience with Office 365 -Microsoft application management The job is operating on an IT shift pattern between 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm Contract/Inside IR35 Derby
