Overview
Our client, a successful Legal 500 firm in the Thames Valley, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team in Surrey. You will advise predominantly corporate clients as well as high net work individuals on a wide range of employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters. The successful candidate will be around NQ - 4 years PQE with previous employment experience, our client will also consider candidates currently doing a mix of employment and immigration. You will draft contracts, agreements, policies and procedures and provide corporate support to clients including TUPE related matters. The successful candidate will also prepare for tribunal cases and will have the option to do their own advocacy.
