Overview
Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers for a client based in Exeter. Your new company Your new company is a small residential unit based on the outskirts of Exeter. This company is a specialist service providing individual, bespoke accommodation focusing on independence and skill development. Your new role You will be working with adults and young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in residential and supported living settings. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Flexibility to cover shifts when needed Ability to drive is desirable Relevant experience What you'll get in return In return you will get a competitive pay, holiday pay, weekly pay and a free DBS.
