Your role Reporting to the ICS, QRS and PSS Senior Learning Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in your business service lines. Using your knowledge and experience of the core HR competencies coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your clients business needs into realistic and achievable plans that reflect the Learning Strategy and deliver impact. It’s a fast paced and changing environment. Working closely with design and delivery teams you will ensure that the business agenda for the firm-wide risk development remains on track and on budget. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you; influencing, providing ideas and expertise, coaching, motivating and challenging. There are two key facets to the role To be a core strategic driver in planning and delivering a refreshed approach to behavioural change and engagement for Deloitte UK’s regulatory compliance agenda. This responds to the expectations and oversight of the firm’s regulators (ICAEW, FRC, FCA, ICO, etc.) as well as our clients, and reflects our public interest role in a rigourous professional services environment. To support the learning needs for individuals working in two internal services teams: Quality, Risk and Security, and People Shared Services. Critical skills in behavioural change Passionate about building a coherent learning experience that drives engagement and true behavioural change. Focussed on the end user’s holistic experience. Willing to propose and champion alternative approaches with support from senior stakeholders. • Focussed on bringing simplicity to sometimes complex messaging. Role detail Planning Building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders in the business units/competency areas. Understanding and driving implementation of a service-line/business unit-specific learning strategy aligned to business and learning CoE strategy. Leading the planning of the annual learning needs analysis and project pipeline with a focus on a cohesivelearning journey for the end user. Owning the technical learning budget and tracking for your areas. Being an advocate for the central learning agenda. Management Support design and delivery of innovative learning solutions with your knowledge of your business areas. Lead in project management to ensure successful delivery of impactful learning interventions. Deliver to budget and within agreed timeframes. Operational excellence Create an effective two-way feedback channel between central learning and the business areas. Drive improvement based on feedback. Support SMEs with hands on guidance and advice on practicalities they are faced with. Collaborate closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure the business agenda for technical learning remains on track and aligned to the learning business case goals. Location: You will be based at our London office, with an option of working from home one day a week Work pattern This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full time basis. Your professional experience Degree at a Bachelor level required Professional training / HR development / education qualifications in relevant subject area, such as behavioural change, conduct risk, corporate compliance. Proven team management skills and ability to create a high performing, motivating, supportive and collaborative team environment. The ability to translate client business needs into realistic and achievable plans in collaboration with the learning CoE. Able to project manage multi-faceted initiatives bringing together teams of SMEs without direct line management oversight of those individuals. Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging and managing senior stakeholders. Ability to understand and contribute to the effective development of L&D and organisational development strategies while understanding the implications from a culture, business success and company practice standpoint.
