They have been going through a significant period of transformation and as part of this the HR team are undergoing a restructure. This has led to an immediate requirement for an experienced 'Generalist HR Business Partner’ with ER experience to support with the workload. The Requirement: You will have a good knowledge of all aspects of HR; appropriately advising other business functions and department leads. A large part of the role will be to support with a high volume of ER related casework and should have experience of handling disciplinary cases, absenteeism, grievances, disciplinary issues, performance management concerns, involuntary exits (including redundancies) and sensitive or high risk leaves of absence and other matters to successful resolution. You will also support the team with ad-hoc project work as and when required. The Successful Person: You will have significant experience in Human Resources particularly around Employee Relations. You will be sound knowledge of UK and other regional employment law and regulation. You will be a pro-active HR Business Partner who can work autonomously within a fast- paced environment and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You must have experience of working with a range of stakeholders at all levels within a complex organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder management and team management abilities.
