Overview
Linux Engineer (Security Cleared) - 6 Month A SC Cleared Linux Consultant is required by a Highly Prestigious Global Company based in the City of London. The successful Linux Support Engineer will work on an initial 6 months' contract , working alongside a wide team provide Operational BAU Support. My Client is currently made up of 2,500 Windows Servers and 400 Linux Servers and whilst they're embarking on some new fantastic projects such as a new Data Centre my client requires additional support to those looking after their current estate. The Linux Engineer will need experience in the following areas; General BAU Support engineer skills supporting large enterprise estates RHEL 5/6/7 - excellent knowledge in a Virtual Estate and Bare Metal Good problem management skills Available for OT or On-Call if required Automation of builds / Patching Build - in a virtual estate The successful Linux Engineer will be office-based Monday to Friday with flexibility to work either 8x4, 9x5, 10x6 however, there may be some requirements to work outside of core hours (on a Rota Basis) To discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail, please APPLY NOW for a no obligation chat with your VIQU Consultant.
