Overview
Repairs Administrator – Social Housing (Perm) Location: Chingford Salary: £18-20K Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch) About Role Answering the telephone Chasing sub-contractors Allocate the jobs to the relevant engineers/change appointments Give accurate estimations on timeframes in which the works need to be carried out Action engineer’s timesheets/holidays Scheduling follow up works Liaise with the internal department Liaising with suppliers for prompt delivery of parts Producing daily and weekly reports About You Social Housing experience Excellent customer services skills and written communication Organised with attention to detail Positive attitude Experience with Microsoft packages Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
