£40,000 p/a – Band 7 Equivalent/Circa £19.23 p/h | 40 Hour Contract – Days | Elderly & Dementia Home | Supernumerary & Clinical Hours | RGN or RMN Considered An RGN or RMN Registered Nurse with clinical management experience is required to work as Deputy Manager of a leading Braintree nursing home. Details of the RGN/RMN Nurse Deputy Manager vacancy are as follows: A permanent contract of 40 hours per week Day shifts which includes alternate weekends and a mix of clinical and supernumerary hours A great annual salary of £40,000, which is equivalent to NHS Band 7 rates of pay and an hourly rate of £19.23 As RGN/RMN Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions.
