£18 p/h– Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £35.1K | 37.5 Hour Contract – Days | Elderly & Dementia Home | NQ Nurses Considered An RGN/Adult Nurse is required to work full-time days in a leading elderly and dementia home in the Braintree area. The 50 bedded home offers care and support to older people from throughout the local area who are living with age related frailties, medical and dementia nursing needs. Details of this Staff Nurse role and what the home is offering: A permanent contract to work 37.5 hours per week on flexible day shifts Very competitive pay rates of £18 per hour plus paid breaks, which equates to a salary in the region of £35,100 A great working environment in a fully CQC compliant care home, with ongoing learning and development opportunities As Staff Nurse, you will coordinate and implement person centred care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met. You will administer and manage drugs and medications along with maintaining accurate records and leading a team of HCAs on duty.
