Overview
Rutherford Briant are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a fantastic team in Bishops Stortford. The role will oversee a broad portfolio of business services and advisory work, working closely with senior staff in a client facing role. This position will offer significant progression due to responsibility for day-to-day management of both the client relationships and work portfolio. The role will include: Planning and controlling assignments to ensure their completion to the required standard and within budget Produce cashflow statements, consolidated accounts and other more complex areas of accounting Supervise, coach, motivate and develop junior members of staff and appraise work at the end of the assignment. Organises work efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA Qualified or a finalist, with 3 years experience in Practice and a clear ambition to progress.
