Overview
This is a temporary to permanent accounts assistant role based in Bishops Stortford. There will be continues support offered through out the assignment. Client Details My client are a fast growing construction business based in Bishops Stortford. They have a small finance team which is predicted to double over the next couple of years. Description The key responsibilities for this accounts assistant role are: Reporting into a hands on Finance Director Accounts Payable - Processing and coding invoices Credit Control, chasing debts via phone and email Bank Reconciliations General finance administration Invoice queries Posting invoices Assisting with Payroll when needed Ad hoc reporting and month end duties Profile The successful candidate must be AAT qualified or studying their AAT. Previous accounts assistant experience would be desirable Job Offer Possible Permanent role competitive hourly rate
