A leading Finance & Technology International Recruitment Agency is seeking a Senior Consultant in Finance & Accounting Formed 15 years ago by a seasoned Recruitment Professional and serial Entrepreneur, they have joined together both UK and International Recruitment with 9 offices in total. The UK office is in London’s West End. The International side of the business is located in Asia & Australia. Our client is all about placing professionals in long term permanent or contract recruitment. I am seeking hardworking, professional, passionate individual with high personal standards. They focus on four areas, servicing customers in Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, and Business Development & Marketing. Unlike many recruitment firms they give their consultants the choice in how they progress their career, they offer three transparent career paths: The Sales - Fee earners The People - Management Specialist - people focusing in niche areas Currently recruiting a fee earning - 360 Recruitment Consultant I am looking for a Finance & Accountancy professional recruiter who is able to work closely with the Director and also manage a team of resourcers. The Director is a natural leader, fee earner, mentor and plays a hands on role in the team. Basically the successful hire will become the number two. It is a perfect opportunity for a recruitment consultant to take the next step in their career before management. The team is successful, yet has the ambition to continue to grow and become a market leader in Financial Services. The team is evolving; there are over 70 PSL’s they are in relationships with and a huge candidate database to leverage from. They have a model that has the ability to double in size in the next 12 months and the successful applicant will be part of that success story.
