Overview
Service care solutions are looking for a Contact Centre Manager, We have a requirement for a manager, to oversee our supervised contact service, at the Welland Centre, in Peterborough, for Children's Social Care. Principal Responsibilities: •Supervised Contact Centre Manager •Pay rate will match that of an Senior Practitioner at £32 - this is not a Social Work role. •Management of up to 11 unqualified staff and the building •Planning and Managing supervised visits for children •Building and maintaining a fair and transparent rota system for staff •Social Work knowledge would be helpful for understanding key terminology, but this role is a non-qualified role •Candidates with an early help background would be ideal, but again this is not essential. •It's crucial that you are resilient with a calm approach to work. •That you can follow rules and procedures of the centre. What you need to apply? •Relevant Training / Experience •Experienced in management of staff •Strong report writing skills •Knowledgeable understanding around safeguarding •Knowledge around Legislations •Social Work Knowledge •Early Help Background ideally or strong understanding Role - Contact Manager Pay - £32ph Hours - 37 hours per week Location - Welland Contact Centre Contract - Temp with a View to go permeant Start date - ASAP How to apply?
