Patient Advisor Windermere One of our brilliant Centres is looking for an experienced Patient advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Based at the Centre's Wellness Hub, a successful candidate will; be responsible for engaging with patients to discuss their care options, addressing patient's self-care, signposting patients to relevant services, as well as triaging patient's symptoms. The perfect candidate will be comfortable using the internet and computer to access NHS Choices and patient access websites. In addition to this, they should have extensive experience in patient facing roles and experience of social prescribing.
