I am seeking experienced Nursing Home Managers for a very good client of mine This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Manager join this highly established home. The Nursing Home is run by an excellent organisation that offers superb training and support with unrivalled progression opportunities. They pride themselves on the high standard of facilities and standards of care and hygiene in the home. They are one of the biggest care organization’s Each of their homes provides a 5 star high end market standards of care. All their homes are stunning modern purpose built homes. My client is looking for someone to grow with the company, they have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager. The company are extremely friendly and offer exceptional support. This home is situated in Durham, it is a large nursing and residential home. It really is a stunning building and provides first class care for residents who are elderly. This home is looking for an exceptional individual who has excellent managerial experiences of working in a Care Home. You must have clear and clean CQC reports, showing your outstanding performance as a manager. To be considered for the role you must be: • Minimum of two years shift leadership and management in a care home • Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care The salary for this position is around £60,000 per annum and also includes an EXCEPTIONAL Bonus (dependent on experience).
