This service is ideally situated within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. The home boasts some excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, tastefully decorated bedrooms and a lovely outside courtyard and gardens for residents to relax and unwind. The healthcare team are passionate about the quality of care that they provide and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely services based on the outskirts of Durham. This small and specialised service provides care for residents aged 55 and above with a range of physical disabilities, as well as residents with dementia. The Home Manager is very flexible with shifts; they are able to accommodate both part time or full-time hours, on either days or nights or a combination of the two. The service boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and a good CQC rating. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
