Carewatch are currently looking for a domiciliary workers in Lewisham and Southwark area We provide individualised packages of care to support and enable people to maintain their independence and enjoyment of being in their own home. The type of care that a Care worker provides will vary depending on individual needs but will always be of the highest standard. Hence, why our Care Assistants are so dedicated and committed. Experience isn’t necessary as we can teach you how to be a great Care Assistant and to enable you to understand in depth health & safety, safeguarding and complying with legislation. What we can’t teach is your natural passion and desire to want to provide the best care and that’s why we are keen to chat further. Carewatch supports all of our staff in their ability to excel and achieve and are always looking for Care Workers who want to progress further in the future. What is the role? We provide Domiciliary Care services to a range of adults including elderly and disabled users in their own home. We offer assistance with personal care, companionship, meal preparation and domestic tasks. We provide continued support and excellent training throughout your career to continually develop your skills and knowledge. We provide out of hours support to staff. We are proactive in supporting our care staff to solve daily challenges. All candidates will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check What we offer: ? Rate of pay £10.55 per hour rising to £10.75 from April 1st ? Flexible working hours ? Paid training ?
