Overview
My client is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their well-established company based in central Newcastle. You will be a vital member from day one and will be generously rewarded for your hard work. They are looking for someone to bring their experience of Data Science and Big Data technologies to liaise with stakeholders and introduce new procedures. You will be required to make informed decisions based on the data and be able to communticate ideas to clients and stakeholders. Key requirements include: Python or R fluency Excellent understanding of Machine Learning techniques. Doing a variety of techniques such as Data Mining and building Data models. SQL Stakeholder management. General Responsibilities: Key to data forecasting and statistical modelling, looking at algorithms, patterns and trends. Making recommendations and consulting with stakeholders on how to resolve problems. Identify any potential risks and decide best options for control. Support the development of new data systems and processes. Ensure that these are utilised effectively within the team, identifying continual areas of improvement.
