About the company: Providing products and solutions to businesses throughout the UK, the company specialises in: Interior design Project management Refurbishments and new fit-outs Duties & Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for processing customer enquiries and managing the supply chain On-boarding new suppliers Managing smart-sheets, and tracking tenders and project Input into Operation and Maintenance Manuals General administration for each project Compiling weekly progress reports Other ad-hoc requirements Experience & Skills needed of the Project Coordinator Previous experience in a similar varied role Sound MS Office skills Attention to detail, high efficiency and commercial acumen Flexible team focused approach Experience with processing tenders would be advantageous In return for the Project Coordinator: A competitive salary DOE Career progression opportunities in a fast paced office A great working environment and benefits Central location with free parking
