Overview
This Business Operations Administrator role is to be come an integral role in driving this SME client who have Manufacturing operations in Asia and a strong customer list in the UK of which needs servicing and support along with the general office management, administration and company finance management in line with an external accountant. This is a permanent flexible role in Milton, Cambridge Client Details This Growing SME Company have a Strong and stable customer list in the Uk which boasts leading promotions, Trade and services companies. Based in North Cambridge, Milton they have parking on site and are a flexible employer they require a dedicated and proactive individual happy working on their own to drive business operations from sales and production processing, communication with suppliers and customers and ensuring the office is running as effectively as possible. Description The Business Operations Administrator will be leading the day to day running of the office which initially will consist of working alongside the current general manager in order to take ownership of the UK office. the role will consist of the following however this role is fluid and flexible with someone able to add value and put effort into the areas of the company they seem fit in order to drive efficiency's and revenue Sales order processing and production processing Communication with the Asian manufacturing sites and logistics or large volumes of products Manage customer relationships for the trade and services division including account management and fielding calls in regards to queries and processes. General office administration and day to day running, mucking in with the post, meeting arrangements etc. occasional Uk travel to customers and exhibitions on and adhoc basis Financial and accounting management of the office including invoice processing, payment allocations, credit control and bookkeeping if possible Office Management Ad hoc duties as they arise as to be expected in an fats moving Small company environment Profile The Successful Business Operations Administrator candidate will be flexible as to the demands of the business.
