Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a market leading, manufacturing SME based in Ringwood in their search for a Financial Controller. Working closely with the Finance Director and managing a small team, you will take ownership for providing accurate and timely financial information to the Senior Management Team. This will include the production of the monthly management accounts, variance analysis and the budgeting and forecasting process. There will also be a need to assume responsibility of all statutory accounting requirements and keep on top of rolling cashflow forecasts. The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, with experience in the manufacturing or construction sector. You will also feel comfortable managing a small team and be able to provide robust challenge to the senior management team. You must also have strong Excel skills and be confident in manipulating large data sets. Due business projections, there will be significant scope to make the role your own over time and increase the responsibilities not typically associated with an FC role.
