Procurement at Sellafield is changing We are creating a high performing, agile supply chain function and currently have several opportunities for Procurement Lead\'s. We are looking for candidates that will drive change and constantly exceed the expectations of the business and our stakeholders. The roles are based in our Engineering Equipment Supplies and Products (EES&P) category and are located either near to our site in West Cumbria or at our offices in Warrington. The Opportunities: Procurement Lead- Manufactured Products - West Cumbria- Salary: £51,215 This an excellent opportunity for individual who has drive and enthusiasm. The role is based in the Engineering Equipment Systems and Products (EES&P) Category and will cover a range of manufactured products, which are required by Sellafield to complete its mission. The Procurement Lead will be specifically responsible for a small team of individuals within the Manufactured Products portfolio dealing with Machine and Fabrication, Master Slave Manipulator, Stainless Steel, and other Critical spares contracts for the Sellafield site. Items within this portfolio are essential for plant operations and without them site operations would stop and therefore are relatively high profile. The team work in a fast pace environment and deal with suppliers on a daily basis. The role of the Procurement Lead will be to oversee the management of these contracts, look for and introduce improvements and to also deliver on new competitions where necessary. Procurement Lead- Plant and Equipment - Warrington- Salary: £51,215 The role is to work in the Engineering Equipment Systems and Products (EES&P) Category covering plant and equipment commodities which are required by Sellafield to complete its mission. Areas would include driving structural change from within the business and supply chain so that fit for purpose solutions and designs can be produced which are performance focused with total cost of ownership firmly established which will drive total efficiencies for the site. Candidates with a strong category management background are preferred, specialising in engineering equipment and products. Essential and Desirable Skills Essential Skills - Degree or equivalent experience within procurement. - Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Advanced Practitioner Corporate Award or equivalent professional qualification. Considerable experience working in a commercial role, supporting the effective provision of a procurement service. - Good knowledge of European Union Procurement rules and the Public Contracts Regulations (2015). - Good knowledge of relevant terms and conditions. Desirable Skills - Member of Chartered Institute of Purchase & Supply (MCIPS), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent relevant professional membership. - Introductory level APM Project Management and/or APMD.
