£42,000 p/a - Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £18.35 p/h | 44 Hour Contract - Days | Elderly & Dementia Home | Experience Essential | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered An experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse with a background in elderly and dementia care is required to work as Clinical Lead in a leading Sussex nursing home. The 40 bedded home in Horsham offers elderly and dementia care in a home from home setting and is owned and operated by a leading national care group. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs. The successful candidate for this RGN/RMN/RNLD Clinical Lead Nurse post will meet the following criteria: NMC registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role within a UK care home or elderly and dementia care setting Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
