Overview

RTC Resources are currently looking for a Deputy Clinical Lead. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Clinical Lead to join a beautiful nursing home based in Horsham. The Role The right Deputy Clinical Lead will be assisting in leading the nursing team and will be responsible for delivering care plans. You will be working alongside the home manager and other healthcare professionals and you will be looked towards to lead, support and inspire your team to ensure the residents get the very best care. You will have good knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance as well as a strong work ethic and ability to build solid working relationships. As a Deputy Clinical Lead, you will have: A Nursing Qualification either RN or RMN Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments.
