Overview
DS Smith have a fantastic opportunity for an Organisation Development Manager to join the Head Office function in Central London. Working across the areas of Talent Management, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Performance Management, Engagement and Culture this position will support the delivery of the HR Corporate plan. This is an opportunity for a high performing talented individual who is looking to progress their HR career and deepen their existing Talent, Engagement, D&I, L&D skills and business knowledge. The Organisation Development Manager will be working closely with the Group Talent team together with Divisional and local HR colleagues to ensure that the Group Talent priorities are designed and implemented to a high standard. They will manage the end to end delivery of group wide projects and conduct business research, interrogate data and derive useful insights that can inform quality decision making and measure the success of HR initiatives. Project management will include but is not limited to: Annual Employee Survey - Support the overall strategy including the communication plan, frequency of data collection, data collection methodology, question sets and analysis and report presentation; Talent & Performance - Manage and deliver the end to end cycle working with Leaders, Managers and the HR population, tracking and analysing data to provide insights to continuously improve the employee experience; Diversity & Inclusion - Take ownership of the group plan and facilitate the delivery of all D&I initiatives across the group and ensure the embedding of the key elements into key people processes; Learning & Development - Provide support to group wide initiatives such as Management Standards and monitor the associated KPI's to demonstrate/evidence improvements of management capability. Coming from an HR background with strong interpersonal skills and project management experience with the confidence to challenge and accept appropriate challenge we will also like to see application from those meeting the following criteria: Previous experience working in complex, international environments Track record of managing and delivering complex projects Managing multiple stakeholders Experience across key HR disciplines including Talent Management, Performance Management, D&I and Engagement Advanced Excel skills and confidence with the use of macros, v look-ups and pivot tables, correlation, regression, cluster analysis and predictive statistics Experience of Workday or other HR management systems If you are a business research expert, highly analytical and can manage multiple stakeholders and projects at any one time, we would like to hear from you.
