ABOUT THE ROLE Your duties will include; Troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software. Logging and managing requests. Monitoring systems, performing repairs, upgrades, installations and other routine tasks. Being the first point of contact for customers both in person and remotely, logging and resolving calls using the set procedures. Escalating issues as and when necessary. ABOUT YOU You’ll be an enthusiastic problem solver with a strong passion for IT. As this role involves interacting with users directly, strong communication skills are essential, and a background in customer service is a welcome addition. This position is perfect for a recent graduate with a desire to become an integral part of a support team, or an IT enthusiast looking for experience in an entry level role.
