Overview
Private Client Paralegal - Lymington A well regarded law firm based in Lymington, Hampshire are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to sit within the expanding Private Client team. As a Private Client Paralegal you will be responsible for dealing with 50% administration duties as well as 50% fee earning responsibilities. As a Private Client Paralegal you will be responsible for managing databases and document storage, assisting Private Client Solicitors fee earners with their case loads, drafting of legal documents, liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone as well as conducting legal research. Our client is looking for Paralegal/Legal Assistant who has experience of handling a broad caseload of Private Client matters including Wills & Probate, Tax & Estate Planning and Court of Protection Matters. Due to the nature of the work undertaken, our client is looking for a candidate with a particular interest in Agricultural matters.
