Customer Services Administrator Harrogate £19K Benefits Customer Services Assistant / Administrator required in Knaresborough, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. International company supplying environment improvement products to the facilities management industry. Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.15 (45 mins for lunch). £19K salary, 25 days holiday (bank hols), Pension, Free parking, drinks etc. Working in a small Customer Service team, you will be responsible for responding to all incoming customer enquiries, providing technical advice on product selection (training given), processing orders and liaising with customers and carriers on deliveries. Dealing with incoming complaints. Customer Service Candidate Requirements: •Happy to take RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (paid for by client) •Basic PC, including Microsoft Office •Attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines •Proactive approach •Excellent telephone manner •Use of carrier tracking systems via internet •Able to use own initiative •To work effectively as part of a team. The Customer Service Role: •Obtaining Proof of Deliveries and Estimated Time of Arrivals. •Dealing with customer queries •Liaising with sales, operations and accounts department •Issuing credits to accounts •Provide support to the Operations and Sales team ensuring full customer satisfaction •Ensure the efficient processing of customer orders •Provide accurate/timely communications to customers regarding their orders and enquiries •Ensuring customer issues are dealt with in timely manner •Offering outstanding customer service at all times •Effective call handling •Understanding the product ranges and delivering product advice, guiding selection and usage •Attendance at training courses •Becoming a contact for specialist technical queries •To ensure that orders are processed within agreed SLA. •Arrange goods return and deliveries •Resolve Customer enquiries, providing delivery dates, technical advice, order updates. •Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses
