As part of the rotational programme, you will spend time learning about each of our products (Bridging, Development Finance, Second Charge and Buy-to-Let) and interacting / managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Assisting in assessing and reviewing loan applications and preparing cases for credit committee. Assessing valuation reports to ensure that they comply with company lending criteria. Carrying out online checks in relation to both applicants’ and the relevant securities. Sharing information with Underwriters. Liaising with internal departments and external parties as necessary and required. Attending inter-departmental meetings. Assisting in dealing with new enquiries. Ensuring all data and MI is correctly inputted onto the system and is maintained up to date. Working with other interdepartmental teams such as servicing, sales and investor services. What we'd need you to have Degree educated. An understanding of property finance would be a distinct advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Proactive and able to work on own initiative. Commercial acumen. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
