Overview
Clinical Lead Nurse (Mental Health & Learning Disabilities) Our client provides a residential support led service to adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives individuals the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices. Your role will include some training and mentoring of our care staff and auditing compliance and competencies. You will have direct input into development of company policies and procedures and responsibility for ensuring that the clinical needs of the individuals within the Homes are met. The successful candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic, flexible attitude and be a dynamic individual who shares the company’s vision. They will be self-motivating but able to work as an integral part of a dedicated team, where everyone is valued, and professional development encouraged. Candidates must have: Current registration and pin number with the Nursing Midwifery Council (RGN/RNLD/RMN) QCF Level 5 or willingness to work towards obtaining it.
