Position: Care Coordinators Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience Hours: 40 Per week to be worked flexibly, including occasional weekend cover Location: Liverpool L16 4PE Reports to: Registered Manager Main purpose of the role: To undertake the role of Care Coordinator , taking responsibility for a team of staff and customers, ensuring that a safe and reliable service is delivered on behalf of my client which promotes best practice and puts the customer at the forefront of the service provision. Experienced in managing care provision the Care Coordinator will provide leadership to the care team to ensure high standards and quality is embedded into practice, which instils a culture of respect and compassion for our customers. In addition, the Care Coordinator will be an effective manager who will work with the staff team to ensure they understand the hierarchy of the organisation and the levels of accountability which exist, including their own.
