Electrical Maintenance Engineer £38,500 - £42,000 Wiltshire PC6001 The Company A multinational, tier one supplier of their precision-made products into various industries across the world. The Candidate Our client is seeking; a time served, formally trained Electrical Engineer or Multi Skilled ideally from an industrial heavy manufacturing background. Proficient within, 3 phase equipment, PLC fault finding, motors, invertors is essential. drives, pneumatics, conveyor systems etc would be an advantage. Responsibilities • Decreasing production downtime and related quality issues related to machinery circumstance, you will be required to arrange planned and preventative routines and undertake necessary corrective actions. • To participate in fault finding, diagnostic and corrective actions to maintain and improve the operation of the process equipment. • To act as incident coordinator (on shift) in the event of major breakdowns / incidents requiring the involvement / call in of other maintenance and support services • To conduct and support as directed by the Engineering Leadership, engineering and other improvement projects, and to pro-actively contribute to the development of safety, productivity and quality • Taking ownership of materials and costs related to the discharge of engineering duties This role is demanding yet rewarding, requiring successful candidates to be highly confident in decision making under pressure, working in pairs within a team, liaising with all departments on shift.
