Shift Engineer - £39,500 - Stratford I am currently looking to speak to Shift Engineers for a brand new vacancy based in Stratford. The need is for an experienced engineer to come and join the existing team onsite and continue to provide and efficient service of the maintenance and building services. This site is globally recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop on their career and skill set. As a Shift Engineer who will be required to work a 4on 4off shift pattern covering days and nights on a prestigious site that has been maintained by this service provider for the last 15 years. The engineering on this site involves the supply of heat, chilling & electricity to a range of sites on the estate. The Engineer will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of district heating scheme generation, electrical services and distribution equipment which consists of large scale boilers, CHP & chiller plant, generators etc. All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealing with all reactive repairs that are called in via the helpdesk so all applicants must come form a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast paced environment. Core qualifications are key in this role however applicants can come from an Electrical or Mechanical background, the minimum requirement is City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in a trade.
