Overview
WMC Training is a leading Apprenticeship training provider specialising in Childcare and Management qualifications with a footprint across the UK. We seek a finance manager to join our Cardiff based head office, to deal with all areas of student financial data submissions and maintainance using specialist Government portals. You will be responsible for monhtly submissions, keeping data up to date and reporting directly to the centre manager as required. You will also process early leaver paperwork and assist the administrative department. You will produce client invoices and will contact clients to ensure invoices are settled. You will be capable of creating excellent client relationships that bring timely payments. You will take pride in being or becoming an expert in all areas of Government funding legislation, keeping track of changes and assisting the centre manager in meetings and to communicate ongoing funding developments to the team. You will have an excellent working knowledge of Excel, impeccable mathematical skills and a strong track record in financial education, or a strong desiire to become an expert in all areas of Apprenticeship funding.
