Imaging / Radiology Manager - Private Hospital £50,000 - £55,000 Full-time North London HCPC Registered The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a valued client who are in search for an Imaging Manager to join their team. This leading Private Hospital is located in North London, providing a full range of services including elective surgery, outpatient care, diagnostics, imaging and physiotherapy. The Role The Imaging Department is full-equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment, offering services including X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI and CT. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Imaging Services, providing support for their Consultants, Radiographers and Imaging Assistants. You will be responsible for delivering the operational aspects of the service, ensuring that high standards are maintained and a cost effective service is provided to all patients. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will typically fall between Monday- Friday, although some flexibility is needed for the demands of the hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Imaging Manager, with a passion for providing excellent standards of patient care. The successful candidate will need to be clinically qualified, commercially aware, have strong integrity and resilience with previous leadership and operational experience. Requirements - Allied Health Professional - HCPC registered - Full understanding of IRMER regulations - Knowledge of clinical governance - Experience preparing a service for CQC inspections - Effective leaderships skills - Budget management experience - Ability to priorities and meet deadlines - Previous experience working in a management capacity - Business results orientated Salary & Package In return, there is a generous salary of up to £55,000 on offer, plus excellent benefits including Private Health Insurance, Free Health Screenings, Pension, Annual Leave, Season Ticket Loan and many more.
