Overview
Becoming part of our dedicated team Newcross Healthcare is seeking professional Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to care for our service users living in Leicester, Hinckley and the surrounding areas. If you join us, you'll be a valued member of our healthcare team and work for a forward-thinking employer. We invest heavily in our tech to improve the experience of our employees. Our handy app, HealthForceGo enables our staff to get auto-assigned shifts and submit timesheets with the press of a button. You can also access NHS-registered GPs through a Virtual GP app and mental health support, exclusive to Newcross staff, to ensure you can care for yourself, too. Minimum requirements You'll be an experienced carer with a minimum of 3 months of experience, with a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must. You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement. Flexi Pay Flexi Pay is a new and innovative app feature that gives our healthcare staff the opportunity to instantly access up to 50% of the value of their shifts (Includes weekends and bank holidays Perks of the positions Our benefits package is second-to-none.
