Senior Care Assistants Needed in RUSHDEN Ref No. PK41088 Are you an experienced care Senior Care Assistant who takes pride in delivering the highest standards of care to older people? If you have an NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care and Senior Care Assistant or supervisory experience we would really like to hear from you Key details This role is in a 40 bedded Nursing Home in Rushden that specialises in elderly care. The most recent CQC report is rated 'GOOD' and the home is a part of a small, family run company with great opportunities for progression The group currently owns and operates 5 homes across the East Midlands area and they are looking to expand. Both Days and Nights are available paying £9.00-9.5.00 per hour (DOE) and these are full-time, permanent positions working alternate weekends. Shifts are 7:30pm to 7:30am in a very rewarding setting. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support for care staff and act as a champion for residents' safety and dignity. To maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available. Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used.
