What do you look for in a new position?A company that truly cares about their staff? A friendly home based in Rushden is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join their team. Leading a team of carers, you will be responsible for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of their residents, assisting them with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and eating their meals. All that is required from you is your passion, dedication and an NVQ Level 3 (or very close to completing) In return the company will pay for your NVQ’s and a bonus for each level completed.
