Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager who has a passion for delivering excellent standards of care and support in the Coventry area. You will be working in a Residential setting supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will have operational responsibility within the residential setting. You will work 40 hours per week, ensuring the delivery of quality, person centred care by all employees is a focal point of their role. You will do this by: Understanding the safeguarding needs of service users and promoting their welfare. Supervising employees, providing direction and communicating important business needs. Ensuring that any regulatory activities carried out by carers; such as personal care, and administering medication are delivered in line with regulations. A successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience. Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Manager in a similar residential setting. Excellent communication skills with a passion for working in this industry.
