Overview
We are recruiting for support workers, supporting individuals with complex needs. BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment specialist, placing skilled workers within the social care sector including children and families, adults and older people sectors. We are currently recruiting for Adult Support Workers who are available on a temporary basis who may be eventually seeking a permanent role. You will be supporting a wide range of diverse individuals on day to day basis who may display challenging behaviour. The individuals are very able bodied however some are non verbal and will need more support than others. An element of personal care will be involved with this role. You will be hard working and be able to communicate well with the service users and other members of staff. You will be reliable and trustworthy. It is important that you have worked with challenging behaviour in the past. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 12 months experience within the social care sector or 6 months experience with a relevant qualification.
