Overview
Connaught Resourcing is a specialist health and social care recruitment and services organisation that works in partnership with multiple NHS 111 providers across the country. We are a Tier 1 supplier for all clients, meaning we have priority access to shifts and inductions. We are currently recruiting Pathways trained Clinical Advisors across the country. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who are seeking work across London. There are a range of hours available from part time to full time, including Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends. Please note you must be Pathways trained to be eligible for this role, you will be required to attend a one day induction before your first shift. To be considered for this role you will need to fulfil the following criteria: You must hold a full nursing or paramedic qualification, and be registered with the NMC or HCPC You are currently working on the 111 service in the role of Clinical Advisor, or have done so within the last six months We offer leading hourly pay rates - on average, a full-time agency worker earns 35% more than in a permanent role, as well as getting the extra flexibility for a good work-life balance. You will have access to an on-call consultant 24/7 and assigned your own dedicated consultant to ensure your needs are met. We have robust processes in place, including first class payroll and HR, and offer accessibility, honesty and transparency for all candidates, supported by an experienced consultant on a long term basis, to ensure your needs are understood and met.
