Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker with experience in working as a Senior/Team Leader in a children's home in Southend on Sea If you have previous experience please read further. ENS Recruitment is assisting a local provider with the recruitment of a Senior Support Worker. The Home is offering support to children in care with emotional behavioural disorder. This position is offered as full time, permanent, 37.5 hours a week and you have to be flexible with the days you can work as there will be evening, weekend and sleep in shifts involved. As a Senior Support Worker you will have experience in leading a team of support staff, having excellent communication skills and have IT skills with report writing experience. What are the requirements? You must have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) You must be at least 23 years of age You must have previous experience as a Senior or Team Leader in a children's home What is offered in return?
