CNC Programmer required to join a brand-new precision machining specialist based in Bellshill, paying £15-20ph. We are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer to join a team of skilled machinists within a Milling and Turning discipline. Working across 3, 4 and 5-axis, the successful CNC Programmer will be responsible for Programming, Setting and Operating of Mazak machines using the latest Mazatrol software to machine a range of materials including aluminium, steel and carbide to create precision tooling to a high-quality standard. Our client currently supplies into a variety of high-profile industries, including Automotive, Motorsport, Medical, Defence and a lot more. They have a great reputation for providing high quality, precision tooling solutions and manufacturing services to machine tool builders, users and other manufacturing industries, worldwide. The successful CNC Programmer will benefit from a pay rate of £15 - £20 per hour. This position is offered on a Full Time, Permanent basis initially working a Day Shift on 37.5 hours per week before moving to a shift pattern (shift premiums apply): Monday to Thursday: 7.30am – 16.30am Friday: 7.30am – 12.30pm Duties and Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer : Programming, setting and operating 3, 4 and 5-axis Milling machinery Performing basic offsets, program changes and tool tip changeovers Loading and unloading of parts Deburring in cycle Quality inspection of parts using micrometres, verniers and gauges Working from engineering drawings to BS/ISO standards The ideal candidate: Experienced within a tooling manufacture environment Experience in 2, 3, 4 and 5-axis Programmer, setter and operator experience of Mazak Integrex machines with Mazatrol controls Ability to interpret engineering drawings Flexibility towards working hours Key Skills: CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator, Mazak, Mazatrol, Deburr
