Overview
A large and dynamic company with national reach is looking to hire an Assistant Management Accountant to join their Yorkshire finance team. The ideal Assistant Management Accountant will be proactively studying towards ACCA/ CIMA and have previous experience in a similar position. The role is newly created is suited to an ambitious self starter with the initiative to pinpoint solutions and be an integral part of the finance team. Assistant Management Accountant key responsibilities: • Assisting with budget preparation and quarterly forecasting • Quarterly VAT Returns • Preparation of monthly accounts pack • Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing • Accruals and prepayments • Cash flow forecasting • Weekly/ monthly reporting • P&L Analysis • Ad hoc assistance to the wider finance team This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established finance team, to continue studying towards ACCA/CIMA and to gain invaluable experience and support.
