Food Production Operatives We have an exciting on-going opportunity as a Food Production Operative at one of the leading UK online food retailers, based in Castle Donington (DE74), that sells high-protein food and snacks, lean meats and sport supplements. Food Production Operative Duties As a Food Production Operative you will be working on a busy production line preparing, weighing up ingredients, packing, machine operating, quality checks etc. Working in chilled environment. Completing tasks to maximum efficiency whilst maintaining low levels of waste, maximising outputs, working safely and ensuring high quality standards. Continuous ongoing work available in a friendly and supportive environment Shift pattern: 4 in 4 off Shifts available: 07.00 - 19.00 and 20.00 - 06.00 Pay rate: £8.21 - £9.03 per hour Food Production Operative Requirements Level 1 Food Safety & Hygiene is advantageous but not essential as full induction and training will be provided A good level of verbal and written English language skills are required Food Production Operatives must be able to follow instructions and be comfortable working with all types of food including raw meat and dairy products.
