About the position of Operations Support Manager: - £28.000 to£36.000 per annnum / doe - Car Allowance - You already are a registered manager - Monday to Friday - Full Time, 40 hrs/week - 25 days of holiday - life insurance (3 x annual salary) Operations Support Manager position is a multi-site management role which will require travel between the offices in Bournemouth, Bath and Somerset with a main office in Poole, where you will be based. You will be working side by side with the Operations Manager, supporting Registered Managers and their team with day to day management and quality assurance ensuring company's policies have been implemented as well as you will lead by example according to company's values.
