Overview
We have a great opportunity to join our client as a Repairs and Operations Coordinator in their office in Poole on a temp to perm basis. As the main point of contact for our customers and clients, you should have a strong customer focus and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include: Effectively diagnosing and prioritising repair faults. Dealing with tenant requests and queries relating to repairs and maintenance issues. Managing corporate clients reporting repairs to public buildings. Booking meeting rooms. Skills and experience required: Excellent verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with the ability to use bespoke IT systems. Effective time management with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. An understanding of building/home repairs would be beneficial. Experience in dealing with high volume telephone calls.
